Exit JR Chuo Line Mitaka Station from North Exit and walk along "Bunkakaikan-dori" street. (a small street between café DOUTOR and TIMES car parking lot) about 13 minutes. Hall is on Itsukaichi-kaido Street.

By Bus
Exit JR Chuo Line Mitaka Station from North Exit, take a bus departing from No. 1, 2, 4, 6 and get off at the 6th stop, "Shimin Bunka Kaikan Iriguchi", and walk to the east along Itsukaichi-kaido Street for 1 min.
